Puerto Rico Clinches Bronze in Pan American Men’s Volleyball Cup

Puerto Rico triumphed over Cuba to secure the bronze medal in the XVII Pan American Men’s Volleyball Cup.

The Puerto Rican team outperformed their rivals in several key areas, leading in attacks with a 44-42 advantage and in blocks with a 14-12 edge. Although Cuba excelled in serves, winning 8-6, it was not enough to secure victory.

Klistan Lawrence was the top scorer for Puerto Rico with 22 points, followed by Pedro Molina with 15 points and Omar Hoyos with 11 points. On the Cuban side, Carlos Santana led with 16 points, supported by Víctor Flores with 15 points and Alexis Wilson with 13 points.
