Netherlands played an exellent game against Japan and won 3:1 (25:18, 20:25, 25:11, 25:16). The host was controling the entire match, except for the second set when the game was under their level.

It was a great game. I enjoyed it. Japan could almost never hit back, we worked hard and deserved to win. I had goosebumps, it was due to the fantasctic audienceGido Vermeulen said.

Netherlands and Japan will play one more friendly game in the Gelderland Cup.
