The seminar began on April 11 with seven countries from NORCECA’s Association of Cental American Volleyball Federation (AFECAVOL) represented.
Alejandro Arconada and Yohanna Mota Moreno took charfe of the event which was held with support from the FIVB and NORCECA.
The six-day course is part of NORCECA’s Development Plan Scholarship Program which aims to increase technical development for the entire region in an effort to prepare countries for the 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Championships Qualification Tournaments.
