A FIVB International Referees Candidate Course began at the FIVB Development Centre in Chennai, India on Sunday with 25 referees from 15 countries participating.

Bahrain’s Jaafar Ali Naseeb will direct the course with Kuwait’s Mohammad Habib Ali Abdullah and India’s P.Margalingam as course instructors.
Representatives have travelled from Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Korea, Indonesia, Oman, Malaysia, Indonesia, Austria, Chinese Taipei, Japan, Australia, Iran, Sri Lanka, Singapore and the Maldives to attend the seven-day course, which concludes next Sunday.
