Blazers
After beating Suntory Sunbirds in the premiere round of Last 6, Blazers defeated Panasonic Panthers away by 3-1 (25-22, 25-22, 24-26, 25-22).
Blazers had as much as five players with double digits which is an amazing stunt!
Yoshihiko Matsumoto stood out with 20 points, but with incredible 8 blocks! Milan Pepić and Yusuke Ishijima had 17.
Tatsuya Fukuzawa was Panthers’ best scorer with 22. Kunihiro Shimizu added 18.
In the second Saturday’s clash in Last 6, Suntory Sunbirds noted its first win and it was against Toyoda Gosei Trefuerza – 3-0.
Evandro Guerra was by far the best scorer in the winning team with 27. Igor Omrčen had 20 in the second loss of Trefuerza.
Two more matches are remained to be played in the second round of Last 6, bothe scheduled for Sunday.
