It was a rerun of their pool duel which Brazil also won (3-1) as both teams have already qualified for the World Championship in Mexico, in September.

Brazilians showed a consistent level in the first and second set and kept the pressure from the serve and in the attack in third.

Lucas Madaloz (opposite, Vivo/Minas), selected as the MVP of the tournament and Gabriel Kavalkievicz (receiver, 2nd team of Sesi) led the Brazilian attack with 13 points each.

Brenden Sander (receiver, Brigham Young University) was again the best scorer for the US team with 11.

Another medalist, the national team of Canada who took the bronze, will play at the World Championship, too.
