Montenegrin champions owe them salaries fror several months including some from previous season.

Recall, that a few former players sued Budvanska Rivijera before the start of the current season for the same reason.

Budva are leaders of Montenegrin championship and participate in the CEV Champions League where they hold last place in their pool.

Is it possible that this club every year has so many problems, unpaid debts, yet allowed to play Champions League every season???
Is there something that CEV or FIVB can do to protect players or not???

This means something has to change in CEV about Champions League for next years! Only solid clubs should participate, and make some kind of qualifications for the others! And also for the qualified teams ask for some kind of insurance they won’t leave the tournament before like Constanza did now!!! Are they really going not to play games in Poland and last in home???

Of course that Fivb will always stand on the side of the clubs, rather than on the side of the players.
How do you explain that every season this club has 3-4 players searching their rights over CEV, FIVB…complaints, tribunal, and in the end they get official recommendation to make amicable settlement with same club that doesn’t want to settle or pay.
It is clear…easier to take 5 times money for ITC than to work hard for 400€ if the complaint is accepted.
This is why Constanta, Budva…and other teams with ‘good reputation’ get green light to play Champions League even the name of Budvanska is on the pic for complaint manual:))))
