In a dramatic finals in Nitra, players coached by Ľuboslav Šalata beat the home team of VK Bystrina SPU Nitra in tie-break after making turnaround on 0-2 in sets.
So, it means that after two silver medals from the last two editions of the national Cup, Prešov took their first gold medal since 2005, second overall.
