The course drew 15 students from Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and the host country, Mexico.

The closing ceremony, which was attended by Mexico national federation vice-president Alberto Arreola and High Performance Center representative Argelio Hernandez, followed all the protocols of the FIVB International Courses. It also included the awarding of honours: Cesar Enrrique Salas Salazar of Costa Rica was recognized for achieving the best marks of all participants, and the winning team from the tournament received a prize from the local organisers.

This course comprised 47 theoretical classes and 25 practical sessions divided between the instructors, and concluded successfully with all 15 participants passing. The course was directed by Emilio Bellmaan.
