FIVB Delegation
The FIVB officials were briefed by CAVB President Amr Elwani about the activities promoted by the African Confederation and much attention was devoted also to the Continental Cup, as this event did significantly expand – also in Europe – the number of National Federations actively involved in Beach Volleyball and in the Olympic qualification process.
Mr. Wei, Mr. Tsiokris and Mr. Meyer enjoyed also a short tour of the Egyptian capital by visiting the pyramids as well as the world-known Egyptian Museum.
