In the interview for the Polish media the libero of Asseco Resovia said:
“Yes, I got injured, but no one called me, even did not consult with me. Probably it means that I will not be in the team this summer. A pity, I thought that the last period I played quite well, enough to prove myself. I always want to help NT and here nothing has changed. I will wait April 8 and we`ll see. If I`m not in the squad, then I will support them. This is a difficult period for me – said Krzysztof Ignaczak and added:
“Everyone has ambitions to climb all the time, play for the highest goals. And this is the National team. I dream to be in it and win more medals. Especially now, when we will play the World Championship at home. I can not imagine how will be a great joy if we win a medal“ – said Ignaczak. – My childhood idol Krzysiek Wójcik made his debut in the scene as a 40-year-old, so maybe I’ll try to beat his record.”
