Grupa Azoty Chemik Police are in the finals of the 2021/22 Polish Women’s Volleyball Championship.
The players of the regular season winners Grupa Azoty Chemik Police didn’t lose even a set in the semi-final face-off of the 2021/22 TAURON Liga with No.5 Grot Budowlani Łódź. Today’s Game 2 of the series in Łódź was one of the fastest this season in the league. Chemik were clear favorites of the second match, just as they were in the whole series, the more so that Budowlani were struggling with several health problems last week.
Agnieszka Kąkolewska top-scored the defenders of the title with 15 points, nearly half of which came from the block (7). Martyna Łukasik served 4 aces. In the grand finale of TAURON Liga in 2021/22, Chemik will meet Developres BELLA DOLINA Rzeszów.
