These days one of the main subjects in Polish volleyball circles was the new coach of Cerrad Czarni Radom. Now we have the answer.

Raúl Lozano

Raúl Lozano

The Frenchman Philippe Blain rejected the offer of the team from Radom, but the Argentine Raúl Lozano didn’t! Another good news for Czarni fans – Lukas Kampa extended the contract with the club.

“Raul Lozano was the best candidate. The negotiations lasted several weeks, but finally we can announce that the Argentine agreed to our terms and conditions,” commented Mariusz Szyszko, the President of Czarni, for club’s official website.

He added that Lozano has signed a-one-year agreement and that former Czarni coach, Robert Prygiel, will became Lozano’s first assistant.

This won’t be the first job of an Argentine expert in Poland since he coached its national team in 2006.

The German setter Lukas Kampa extended the contract with Czarni for another year.
