Zaksa
The team of Ferdinando de Giorgi is one of the favorites for winning the championship title again. But, are they capable of doing that, knowing that Asseco Resovia and PGE Skra BELCHATOW will attack the trophy stronger than ever?
Yes, they are. The key is that Zaksa kept the players from the last season. Led by intelligence “Never change a winning team”, de Giorgi signed only two players – Bieniek and Maziarz, while three players left them – Gladyr, Nieiec and Rejno. Every other outcome except Zaksa‘s victory would be a surprise. KS Espadon SZCZECIN are underdogs, but they will try to surprise the big favorite. They have some trumps such as Bratoev, Milushev, Ruciak, Borovnjak…
Resovia will also play opening game away from home. They will try to earn the win against Politechnika Warszawska, who has one of the biggest stars in Plusliga, Pawel Zagumny.
It is interesting that PGE Skra BELCHATOW will play their first game on 5th October against MKS Będzin. The game is scheduled at 18:00.
