The reason of suspension has been explained by the agent of the player Dmitry Rezvanov.

We are now waiting for the answer whether we can appeal or not. Pavel has received an 18-month suspension. The fine begins from October 2018,” says Rezvanov.

That means that Pavel Moroz will miss the season 2019/2020.

According to the results of the anti-doping test after the Russian Super League first round game on October 13, 2018. Moroz was accused of violating anti-doping rules. Pavel was suspended from training sessions and matches.
