Cheremisin
Gazprom-Yugra was defeated by the team which had lost all chances for Final Six and management therefore decided to fire Aleksey Cheremisin.
“You can lose, but you can not play like that. We lost all confidence in Cheremisin. The decision was not easy, but we have good replacements in the team. The management had a talk with other players, and they must understand that we just can not and will not tolerate such a behavior” said director of Gazprom-Yugra.
