Belogorie
This stage has five zones and 26 teams. In the next phase of the competition will pass three teams from the first three zones and four teams from the fourth and fifth zone. Preliminary round will be played in two rounds.
Zones of the preliminary stage:
First zone: “Zenit” (Kazan), “Prikamie” (Perm), “Grozniy” (Grozniy), “Nova” (Novokuybishevsk), “Kristall” (Voronezh).
Second zone: “Lokomotiv” (Novosibirsk), “Fakel” (Noviy Urengoy), “Ural” (Ufa), “Dinamo” (Leningradskyi Region), Iskra (Odintsovo).
Third zone: “Belogorie” (Belgorod), “Gazprom-Iugra” (Surgut), “Yaroslavich” (Yaroslavl), “Enisey” (Krasnoyarsk), MGTU (Moscow).
Fourth zone: “Dinamo” (Moscow), “Dinamo” (Krasnodar), “Tyumen” (Tyumen), “Lokomotiv” (Ekaterinburg), “Gazprom-Stavropol” ( Georgievsk).
Fifth zone: “Gubernya” (Nizhny Novgorod), “Kuzbass” (Kemerovo), “Ugra-Samotlor” (Nizhnevartovsk), “Neftnink” (Orenburg), “Automobilist” (St. Petersburg) “Torpedo” (Chelyabinsk).
