Andrey-Zubkov
The natural position of a 35-year-old Andrey Zubkov is a setter. That’s what he has been playing his entire career. But, last season in Dinamo Krasnodar, due to shaky financial situation in the club and injuries, he played on two more positions in the team – as middle blocker and opposite! Hence the statistics in 2016/17 which is highly uncommon for a setter: 29 points (8 aces, 9 in the attack and 12 on the block).
So, Ural got themselves a versatile player!
