Serbian side beat Dominican Republic 3-0 (25-18, 25-22, 25-22), but the head coach Zoran Terzic is not satisfied with the performance of the team:
“We have played well in this competition. I am not satisfied with how we played today. We were up and down. We need to play better. We have tough games coming against Russia and Japan. We must play at a higher level than today. The Dominicans served better in the final set,” says Terzic.
Brankica Mihajlovic was the top scorer with 16 points, while Jovana Stevanovic adedd 10 and Tijana Boskovic 9! On the other side, Yonkaira Isabel scored 13 points.
Argentina beat Algeria in straight sets as well.
