“We are glad that we picked up with the same rhythm from the last week. Perhaps we were not so good in the opening set, but we also have to admit that Brazil played really great at the beginning of this game. Still, we did not want to give up on our game plan. We continued to risk with our service and it eventually paid off.”
Those 20 aces made by Serbia at a single match might actually be a World League record. Lisinac is not sure about that, but he is positive about one thing…
“Well, I do not know if that is the World League record, but it is definitely our record (smile). Service was our strongest weapon in this match. At the end I am glad that it was me who made couple of aces in the last moments of the fourth set and I am especially glad that we won the game.”
