Volleyball star and model Kim Glass, who won silver in the Olympics, shared a video on Instagram describing how a homeless man had brutally attacked her.
The 37-year-old said the attack happened as she and her friends were leaving a lunch meeting.
The attack happened in downtown Los Angeles.
“He just looked at me with some pretty hateful eyes. And as I turned to go tell my friend, ‘I think there’s something wrong with him and I think he’s gonna hit the car.’ Before I knew it, a big metal bolt, like a pipe, hit me… it happened so fast. He literally flung it from the street,” she continued, gesturing to her swollen eye and injured nose bridge.
