USA M: Matt Anderson Signals Commitment to USA Volleyball Through 2028

In a recent post-match interview, veteran Matt Anderson hinted at continuing his leadership role with the USA men’s volleyball team. Despite speculation about significant changes in the team’s roster ahead of the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, Anderson’s comments suggest he is open to extending his career with the national team.

Reflecting on teammate TJ DeFalco’s impressive recovery from a challenging semifinal, Anderson praised DeFalco’s resilience and skill. “TJ carries the weight of the games and his individual performance heavily,” Anderson noted. “His ability to rebound and play at a high level after the semifinal loss is incredible.”

Anderson also revealed his plans to remain with the team, stating he is “tentatively signing up for 2028.”
