Tetyukhin
As Belogorie’s coach Gennadiy Shipulin stated for Russian media, he and Tetyukhin are elected as deputies of the Regional Duma (Duma is Russian governmental institution – assembly).
„Sergey and I were elected as deputies of the Belgorod Regional Duma. Previously, he was in the City Council and now he will be in the regional. I congratulate him on this!“ Shipulin said for ’R-Sport’.
Since November 2012, Tetyukhin is an honorary citizen of the Belgorod Region. Elections of deputies for the Belgorod Regional Duma took place on September 13.
Tetyukhin, who will turn 40 on September 23, played his 300th match for the Russian national team at the World Cup in Japan.
