by WoV

In a move aimed at reversing their fortunes in the Italian SuperLega, Farmitalia Saturnia has parted ways with Brazilian coach Cezar Douglas Silva. This change marks the second coaching dismissal for the Sicilian club this season.

The club’s decision comes on the heels of the earlier dismissal of Waldo Kantor, reflecting a persistent search for the right leadership to steer the team through a challenging phase. With the second half of the season underway, Farmitalia Saturnia is evidently committed to drastic measures in pursuit of a turnaround.

In an official announcement, the club expressed its gratitude to Mr. Silva for his contributions and simultaneously introduced the new coaching duo. The primary coaching responsibilities have now been handed over to Giuseppe Bua, with Mauro Puleo stepping in as the assistant coach.
