VakıfBank’s roster for the 2022/23 season has just been enriched with the U.S. Women’s Volleyball National Team member Kara Bajema.
VakıfBank announced the transfer move which was speculated since the end of the last club season. The European, world, and Turkish club champions signed a contract with American Kara Bajema.
The 24-year-old outside hitter, currently engaged with the US Women in the FIVB Volleyball Nations League, came to the ranks of the ‘yellow and blacks’ from the Polish Championship runners-up Developres BELLA DOLINA Rzeszów. With them, Bajema won the Polish Cup and Polish Super Cup last season. She was awarded the Most Valuable Player of the former competition.
