The duo showcased exceptional performance, winning all six matches and only dropping two sets, including a comeback win in the final against compatriots Terese Cannon and Megan Kraft (19-21, 21-15, 15-11).
Swedish stars David Åhman and Jonatan Hellvig dominated the men’s tournament. They continued their stellar season with a two-set victory over Brazilians Andre Loyola and George Wanderley (21-18, 21-18), maintaining their impressive record of 29 wins in 31 matches.
In other results, Latvians Tina Graudina and Anastasija Samoilova secured bronze in the women’s tournament, while reigning Olympic champions Anders Mol and Christian Sørum of Norway took bronze in a thrilling match against Italians Paolo Nicolai and Samuele Cottafava (20-22, 22-20, 28-26).
The next and final Beach Pro Tour Elite16 event before the Paris Olympics will be held in Vienna, starting Tuesday.
