This is the first win for Kiraly’s squad in the Grand Prix 2014 (score 1-2). On the other side, Japan is still without victory as it has all three loses so far (0-3), but as the host of the final tournament it has already secured qualification.
In the winning side Kelly Murphy was the top scorer with 21 points, while Tetori Dixon added 16. In Japan, Saori Kimura made 16 points, while Miyu Nagaoka scored 14.
