UNTREF – UPCN
Mistakes fron the service marked the beginning of the game. UNTREF Voley was leading (8-6), after that UPCN San Juan had good blocking and the host made errors the guests took the lead (14-16). The game was tied at 18:18, but UPCN managed to win the set 23-25.
UPCN was better in the beginning of the second set, making a difference with their service and taking advantage of the hosts’ errors (5-8). Until the secon tehnical time out they increased the lead (11-16). They maintained the lead until the finish 19-25.
The third set was more equal, UPCN was leading on both time outs by a point (7-8, 15-16). Gradually, the visitors were finding cracks in the hosts’ game and won the set and the match (22-25).
The top scorer in Fabian Armoa‘s team was Gaston Giani with 14 points.
