A former star of the Brazil women’s volleyball National Team, Virna Dias, revealed to have the coronavirus.

Brazilian star from the 1990s, Virna, revealed on social media that she was tested positive for the coronavirus. As she posted, she was asymptomatic and already in isolation to start treatment.

The 48-year-old former outside hitter, a winner of four FIVB Volleyball Nation Leagues (one-time MVP) and a two-time Olympic medalist (two bronze medals), stressed that she’s under the constant monitoring of her infectologist.

Hello, thanks for the post and my best wishes to Virna. Althought there is a mistake, she was twice bronze medalist not silver. First Olimpic final for Brazil was Beijing
