These are the matchups for the quarterfinals of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics men’s volleyball tournament.
The results of today’s last round in the group stage revealed the last two names that will play in the quarterfinals of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics men’s volleyball tournament – Argentina and Japan. The big surprise is the elimination of the United States, the bronze medalist from the previous Games, in Rio 2016.
What was known from earlier is that the pool winners (in this case, Poland in Pool A and the ROC in Pool B) will be facing the fourth-placed side from the other pool (in this case, France and Canada). The draw at the end of the last match today was held to determine the rest of the pairings.
