The hall roof started to leak after a heavy rain, and it was dangerous to play since the court was wet.
“We wanted to play in order to keep the rhythm of the games before the cup final, but the tribunal has decided. We had previously agreed with Dresden that we would play on the side where it does not drip, regardless of the number of sets. But I understand that nobody wants to take the responsibility should anything happen“, said Mihai Paduretu.
