Lube-vs-Perugia
The two teams that will fight for trophies in Italy and the CEV Champions League, in which they are placed in the same pool, next season – Cucine Lube Civitanova and Sir Safety Conad Perugia – held a joint training hosted by the former. Actually, it was the first of the two joint training sessions of these two sides.
At the Eurosuole Forum, the guys coached by Belgian Vital Heynen showed that their play grew more than Lube’s at the moment: 3-2 (25-22, 25-27, 25-23, 20-25, 18-16). Canadian international Sharone Vernon-Evans top-scored for Perugia with 19 points. The Czech Jan Hadrava made 12 points for Lube.
