Davide Marra (Copra Elior PIACENZA): “It’s been one of the most exciting games of my career. It’s been amazing to win in this packed gym. The first set was tough but then we managed to deal better with their serve and contain their attacks. Now we’ll focus on the final against TRENTINO.

Hristo Zlatanov (Copra Elior PIACENZA): “So far our only disappointment of the season was the Italian cup. We have won the semis, the final is next and we’re only thinking of enjoying ourselves. Afraid of TRENTINO? It’s obvious that the further you go, the tougher it gets but we believe in our ability.”

Alberto Giuliani (coach Cucine Lube Banca Marche MACERATA): “There’s not much to say after such game. We lost the series 3-1 but on court we were defeated 3-0. Just like in the previous games we played at a high level only in the first set and a half, as for the rest, Piacenza was the better team, they made it hard for us with the serve of their middle blockers.”
