Basic preparation stage is probably the hardest and ”most boring” part of being a volleyball player. Huge part of it is running and heavy lifting and practicly doing all the physical stuff, rather then being involved with the game itself. However there is no other way around it. You need to have great physical preparation in order to achieve tactical and technical ideas.

”We gradually increased the load of training, both with regard to the sessions of the morning both as regards those of the afternoon, always based on technical with the ball. Since last Friday players have started to jump and this has enabled us to become familiar with all the basics and pay attention to the individual technique. Each of them has particular objectives of growth and I like to see that all are putting great effort into what they do, then I expect big improvements that will grow accordingly also the team.”
