After Itas Trentino eliminated Valsa Group Modena in the biggest match of the quarterfinals of the 2022–23 Del Monte Coppa Italia SuperLega yesterday, it was time to learn the names of the remaining three participants of the Final Four, which will be held in Rome on the weekend of February 25–26.

Allianz Milano signed an authentic feat, conquering the Eurosuole Forum and eliminating Cucine Lube Civitanova. The Roberto Piazza’s guys prevailed 3-1, recovering after a bad first set and detaching the ticket for the semi-finals against all odds. Milano, who had been struggling terribly in the league in the last few weeks, managed to annihilate the Italian champions and give themselves the unexpected match against Trentino. Japanese Yuki Ishikawa highlighted the winning side with 21 points. Cuban Osniel Mergarejo served 4 aces. Ivan Zaytsev and Bulgarian Aleksandar Nikolov scored 14 points each for Lube.

Sir Safety Susa Perugia, the holder of the trophy, easily confirmed the prediction of the eve by eliminating Top Volley Cisterna with a dry 3-0, confirming their season’s unbeaten run and gaining their 24th consecutive victory.

Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza defeated WithU Verona 3-2 (25-19; 31-33; 25-22; 21-25; 15-8) in the absence of the injured Yoandy Leal and Ricardo Lucarelli.
