In a thrilling third-round matchup of Italy’s Serie A1 Tigotà, Igor Gorgonzola Novara overcame Vero Volley Milano in a hard-fought battle, taking the victory in a 3-2 tie-break. Novara’s MVP Tatiana Tolok led the way with 30 points, supported by Alsmeier’s 18 and Squarcini’s 16 with a stunning 66% attack rate. Milano’s Danesi delivered an impressive 20 points, including 7 blocks, with Sylla and Daalderop contributing 19 and 18 points respectively.
