After the first phase which was conducted in Italian capital Rome, “Azzurrine” will continue their work on Friday, August 26 and will conduct a second phase until September 1. At this point, the assistants of a head coach Marco Bonitta will lead Italy’s trainings.
There are some big names missing like Nadia Centoni, Antonella Del Core, Martina Guiggi, Valentina Diouf (quarrel with Bonitta)… With the exception of Diouf, most of them will probably be summoned later.
These 14 players will gather on August 26: Anastasia Guerra, Valentina Tirozzi, Ofelia Malinov, Monica De Gennaro, Anna Danesi, Raphaela Folie, Caterina Bosetti, Beatrice Parrocchiale, Anna Nicoletti, Alessia Orro, Paola Egonu, Myriam Sylla, Cristina Chirichella and Sara Bonifacio.
