Italian Men’s volleyball champions Modena published on their website they terminated the contract with coach Piazza by mutual agreement.
Notice also said that the decision to change coach was made at today’s meeting between the President Catia Pedrini, the General Manager Andrea Sartoretti and Roberto Piazza.
“This is a difficult day in which we had to make hard decision. I respect and admire the work done by Roberto Piazza, the dedication and the sacrifices he made until now with and for Modena,” stated Catia Pedrini.
Piazza’s assistant Lorenzo Tubertini wiil be at the helm of Modena until further.
Recall that, last weekend, Modena suffered fourth defeat in Serie A1.
