Five time champions Sfax (Tunisia) takes on compatriots and three time champions Esperance in the final of the 2013 Men’s Club Championship in Tripoli, Libya on Saturday where the winner will eventually secure FIVB Club World Championship ticket to Brazil October 15-10, 2013.

Meanwhile home side Al Ahly Triipoli faces Prisons from Kenya for the bronze medal. On the other hand, ranking positions 9 to 16 were determined on Friday.

9-16 positions

Positions 9 and 10: Bourj Bou Aririj (ALG) beat Delta Spikers (NIG) 3-0 (25-15, 25-17, 25-12)

Bourj Bou Aririj’s performance against Delta Spikers saw them win and took them to 9th overall while the Nigerians settled for 10th

Position 11 and 12: Nemostars beat Alnahda 3-1 (26-24, 25-20, 21-25, 25-17)

Nemostars will go back to Uganda with their heads lifted high after they were able to defeat Alnahda to finish 11th overall on the African continent while Alnahda were 12th

Position 13 and 14: AUC (CIV) beat Muger Cement (ETH) 3-1 (25-22, 17-25, 25-22, 25-20)

AUC saved the best for last when the defeated Muger Cement to win their first game of the competition and finish 13th while Muger cement were 14th.

Position 15 and 16: Muzinga (BDI) beat DGSP (CGO) 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-29)

With a well-executed reception, Muzinga frustrated DGSP on their attacks to win the game in straight sets and finish 15th and DGSP coming in as number 16
