Unmotivated Serbia flew past China 3-0 (25-20, 25-18, 25-16) in the play off for classification 9 to 16 positions of FIVB Men's U21 World Championship at Ataturk Hall in Izmir.

Playing with most of the squad list, the Serbians who were big contender for the title before the competition entered the match without spirit specially their main stars forcing the coach to make a lot of substitutions where they proved consistent to win the match without any suffering.

Serbia’s attacker Dražen Luburić led his team scorers with 19 points including 4 ace services. On the other hand China’s Zhenghui Liang contributed 9 points for his team as best scorer.
