Berlin arrived in Trento with the idea of making a surprise against a new Trentino. But obstacle was too strong and too good for the Germans.
Game after game Tsvetan Sokolov is showing the world what a superstar he is and will be in years to come. Bulgarian opposite scored 23 points once again ruined every defensive game plan of the opposing team and was the main reason why Trentino won the game.
Pressure on Berlin’s receivers was too much and Touzinsky wasn’t able to be creative as usual. Kromm and Carroll had 43 points combined but other failed to contribute and that wasn’t enough for the Italians.
