An FIVB International Referee Candidate Course (IRCC) recently came to a close in Turkey’s capital city, Ankara, as certificates of attendance were presented to all participants upon completion of all classes and exams.

The closing ceremony was attended by the Vice President of the Turkish Volleyball Federation, Mr. Selahattin Sahin, while Course Director Sergey Titov of Russia praised the quality of the work delivered by the hosts stating that he was going to leave Turkey with many fond memories of these days.  

I hope I’ll have the opportunity to visit Turkey again” so Titov, “as everything here was just perfect, accommodation, transportation as well as the court personnel selected for our clinics”. 

While the candidate referees received their certificates of attendance, Mr. Titov and Course Instructor Jacek Spisak from Poland were presented with some commemorative plaques by the Turkish Volleyball Federation and a ball signed by all attendees.
