Fair-play is a matter of individual belief, but also an act of morality. Some will respect that, some will not. In Korea, we had two different reactions on a fair-play from the members of the same team.

During Set 1 of the game between KGC Daejeon and IBK Altos, the referee awarded point to Daejeon which caused protests of Altos players, especially from Kim Sa-Nee. She was pointing out to referee that she didn’t touch the ball, so it wasn’t a block-out point.

Something woke up inside Daejeon player who spiked, Lee So-Young and she admitted that she sent the ball out of bounds. The point went to Altos and players of both teams went on a TTO, followed by furios reaction of Daejeon coach Lee Sung-Hee. He threw coaching board next to the bench, probably thinking: „Girl, now it wasn’t a good time for a fair-play!“
