Excellent player has returned from retirement to help his club, believing that the back injury is gone. However, before the game against Zaksa in the opening round of the Polish PlusLiga, Bakiewicz again felt the sharp pain and could not play.
Since then, he has been trying to recover, but it seems that the injury is too serious, and that he will have to miss the rest of the season.
“Yes, the season is over for Michal Bakiewicz. It will soon be officially announced. We are now looking for an experienced player who will be able to replace Michal” said Ryszard Bosek, Sport Director of AZS Czestochowa.
