Ferdinando de Giorgi's side has won the 15th "Hubert J. Wagner" Memorial tournament.

It was an epic comeback of Poland! Even though they were 2-0 down, they didn’t lose faith. As of the third set, they started playing at a much higher level, putting the rival’s side in a very difficult situation. 

Those three sets were thrilling for the home fans as their team managed to win them and to take the trophy!

The top scorer of the game was Maxim Mikhailov with 23, while Artur Szalpuk was the best on the other side with 22 points.

Wagner Memorial, the third day:

Canada – France 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-22)

Poland – Russia 3-2 (16-25, 19-25, 25-20, 25-22, 15-12)

The second day:

Poland – Canada 3-0 (36-34, 25-20, 26-24)

France – Russia 3-2 (21-25, 25-18, 21-25, 25-18, 15-10)

The first day:

Canada – Russia 1-3 (23-25, 25-27, 25-22, 17-25)

Poland – France 2-3 (25-22, 16-25, 20-25, 25-22, 13-15)
