Mendez & Heynen
In the Poll on Twitter, the fans from Poland and other countries would like to give an advantage to the Belgian coach Vital Heynen.
Since we posted a poll only with the foreign names, the fans had an opportunity to choose between Vital Heynen and Marcelo Mendez, because Polish Volleyball Federation will likely pick the foreign coach.
The Belgian coach received 67% of votes and that means that the fans also want to see him at the bench of Poland.

However, the Polish media reports that there are still four candidates for the hot seat of Poland, saying that Heynen is the main candidate to win the race.
Four out of these eight still have the chance to be hired by PZPS: Vital Heynen, Marcelo Mendez, Michał Gogol, Jakub Bednaruk, Andrzej Kowal, Robert Prygiel, Piotr Gruszka and Mariusz Sordyl.
PZPS have reported that they will officially announce the name on February 7th!

Marcelo Mendez? He’s in Brazil right now and you put him among the choices to him ake to take leadership of a european team? It’s practically next to impossible he is happening for Poland. PZPS would be dead mad to take him with the world championship this year. Literally no time for this to be possible.
