UNOFFICIAL: Russian clubs face 3-year suspension if refuse to play in Turkey!

Very prominent journalist from gazzetta.it, Gian Luca Pasini, has information that heavy disqualification threatens Russian clubs if they decide not to travel to Turkey!

The unofficial information from the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) says that Russian club might face a three-year ban of playing internationally if they don’t show up in scheduled matches of the Men’s CEV Champions League in Turkey.

The same will happen to the Russian Women’s National Team if they don’t want to participate in the 2016 Rio Qualifiers in Ankara, in January.

The first scheduled match between Russian and Turkish club in Turkey is on December 16, Halkbank AnkaraZenit Kazan.
