Ajanaku
Foluke Akinradewo will continue her volleyball carrer in Japan, while accoridng to our sources Ekaterina Orlova will return to Russia. Therefore, the Swiss powerhouse needed to fill two empty places at the middle blocker position.
And, Volero Zurich have decided to sign two extremely talented players.
The first one comes from the USA and her name is Inky Ajanaku (22 years, 190cm). Ajanaku won the 2016 NCAA Volleyball Championship with Stanford University and she arrives in Switzerland with the reputation of a true champion.
The second one is young Russian middle blocker Angelina Lazarenko (19 years, 193cm). She comes to Volero from the Second League of the Russian Championship where she played for Luch.
