With a child of nine months and her husband Murilo who plays in Sesi, Jaqueline doesn’t want to change the living place. She has received many proposals, but from Brazil, there are no offers.
“I’m not leaving the country for sure. I’ve received many proposals from abroad but I have to reject them. Who is a mother knows that a family comes first. I’m very pleased and happy even if I don’t know anything about my future volleyball career”
Four months after she gave a birth to her son Arthur, Jaqueline returned to the court. Even without a club, Ze Roberto decided to call her in national team. She believes that this time, it won’t work.
“If you ask me will I stay in national team, I’ll say no. I won’t be playing volleyball during the club’s season and there are other players who deserve to be a part of national team. Ze Roberto asked me to return. I accepted, but next year, there’s no way. It’s my wish, I want to play but don’t want to leave Brazil and my family” said Jaque.
