– Michal Lasko says that you are one of the greatest players he played with. He also believes that you have a good chance to be one of the best players in the Polish league.
– It’s really nice to hear such compliments. Michal I thank you. I intend to confirm my class, demonstrate the power and technique. I’m going to prove that I’m a valuable player.
– You will be coached by Lorenzo Bernardi. Did you come here because of him?
– In the summer I had a lot of interesting offers from various leagues. After talking to Lorenzo, who actually is my hero and I have great respect for, I also realized that Bernardi is a coach who understands players. It is completely different than the coaches I have worked with in the past.
– Was there any other specific reason why you chose Jastrzębski club?
– I knew that PlusLiga is one of the most important competitions in the world when it comes to the level of the game. For me it is a great opportunity.
– How do you find the life in Poland?
– It is obvious that there are some cultural differences I noticed and felt, but overall I feel good here. It serves me that I am playing outside my home country, because there is no such pressure as in Italy. There is nothing distracts my attention, I can focus solely on the game.
